Based upon the six thinking hats of Edward de Bono NSF has developed 6 boards as the practical tool that helps structure the processes of the meeting.
Each board has on one side a colour based upon one of the thinking processes of Edward de Bono. 
The other side of the board is a whiteboard surface, for traditional use of whiteboard during the meeting. This furthermore offers the possibility of "hiding" prepared material for the meeting on the back and turning the board at the appropriate time.
